Hey there! Thanks for visiting our website. This page explains the terms you agree to when using our site or working with us. We’ve tried to keep things clear and jargon-free, but feel free to reach out if anything’s confusing.

1. Who We Are
This site is owned and operated by Persi Creative Media LLC, a creative video production company based in Southern California. We create videos for businesses, events, weddings, and social media.

2. Using Our Website
You’re welcome to browse our work, get in touch, or learn more about what we do. Just don’t use our content or branding without permission. All the videos, images, and text on this site belong to us (unless otherwise noted). Don’t copy, redistribute, or reuse them without obtaining our permission first.

3. Booking a Project
When you reach out to book a project, we’ll usually follow up with a quote or proposal. Any agreement to move forward (verbally, via email, or signed) is considered a commitment to work together. Project-specific terms (like pricing, timelines, revisions, and usage rights) will be spelled out clearly in our contract or agreement for that project.

4. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed, we typically require a deposit to hold your spot and begin pre-production. Final payment is due upon delivery of the final files. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, we totally understand—life happens. Just give us as much notice as possible. Depending on the timing, your deposit may be non-refundable to cover any time or prep already done.

6. Deliverables, Formats & Storage
We’ll deliver final videos in standard digital formats (usually .mp4 or .mov) via download link or cloud storage. If you need other formats, just let us know upfront.
Once your final files are delivered and approved, we recommend downloading and backing them up. We’ll hold onto project files (like raw footage and working files) for 30 days after final delivery, but we’re not responsible for long-term storage unless otherwise agreed. Archiving services or requests for raw footage may be arranged for an additional fee.

7. Privacy & Data (GDPR)
If you contact us through this site, we’ll only collect the info you choose to give us—like your name, email, and project details. We use this info solely to respond to your inquiries and work together on your project.
We don’t sell your data, and we don’t spam. We use secure tools to manage emails and projects. If you're in the EU or UK and covered under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data. Just send us a message and we’ll help out.

8. Limitation of Liability and Force Majeure
We’ll always do our best to deliver great work on time. However, we’re not responsible for delays caused by things out of our control (like weather, gear failure, venue restrictions, interference from guests, last-minute client changes, etc.). If something goes wrong on our end, we’ll do everything we can to fix it quickly. In the event of force majeure (e.g., natural disaster, illness, emergency), Persi Creative Media LLC will attempt to reschedule or refund payments as appropriate.

9. Loss or Damage
You agree and accept that Persi Creative Media LLC is not legally responsible for any loss or damage suffered or incurred related to use of any of our services, whether from amendments, errors or omissions in documents, designs, information or any goods or services offered by us. This includes your use or reliance on any third-party content, links, comments or advertisements. Your use of, or reliance on, any information or materials we produce, amends or designs is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and expressly exclude liability of Persi Creative Media LLC for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. COPYRIGHT & USAGE RIGHTS
Persi Creative Media LLC retains copyright ownership of all footage and project related media and files. Clients are granted a personal-use license to share and distribute the final video but may not sell or modify the content without our written consent. We reserve the right to use footage for portfolio, website, and marketing unless the Client requests in writing to keep footage private.

11. CREATIVE CONTROL & COVERAGE LIMITATIONS
Persi Creative Media LLC will make every reasonable effort to capture important moments but is not liable for missed shots due to circumstances beyond control (e.g., venue restrictions, weather, interference from guests, etc.). The Client agrees to communicate any specific shots or moments they want captured before the day of the event or shoot.

12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time, so check back occasionally. If we make major changes, we’ll post a notice here or notify active clients directly.
